I love this. Sometimes it's hard to verbalise an answer when asked how we are. So many factors come into play.
Did I sleep well? Have I eaten? Did my day go as planned? Am I living with grief? Have I had time to be with my family. Plus so many more.....
So next time I'm not too sure I might just say "im up and not crying" 🙂
