I provide individual, relationship and family counselling through Mental Health Care Plans (MHCPs), Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and some private health providers. I am a qualified FOCCUS facilitator for pre-marriage education, and I am also qualified to provide professional supervision to a range of allied health practitioners. I have been working in the psychosocial space for over 15 year

s, and have a Master of Social Work alongside an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I have experience in working with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, domestic violence, relationship breakdown, parenting, grief & loss, workplace stress, PTSD and complex trauma.
