Bladder leakage is more common than many women realise 💬

It can show up after pregnancy, during exercise or even with everyday moments like laughing, coughing or lifting.

If it affects you - don’t let it start shaping what you feel comfortable doing in life.

The BTL Emsella chair is a non-invasive treatment designed to support pelvic floor muscle strength, helping with bladder control.

Bladder changes or pelvic floor weakness?

A referral from your GP can connect you with the TOAG team to discuss if this treatment may be suitable for you.

Are your heavy periods just heavy periods? 🩸

Heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB) is the medical term used to describe periods that are heavier or longer than usual and start affecting daily life.

Needing frequent changes of protection, bleeding that lasts more than a week, weakness… periods that are interfering with your work, sleep and everyday activities.

But HMB is a symptom, not a diagnosis on its own.

If your periods are affecting your life, see the team at TOAG to assess your symptoms, find answers and discuss your options for care.

Thinking about fertility or planning ahead? 🤰🏻

AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) is a blood test used in fertility assessment.
It measures hormone levels linked to ovarian reserve, which relates to the number of eggs available at the time of testing.

AMH makes up only one part of fertility assessment with TOAG.
