I am passionate about children's health and wellbeing having worked in the childcare sector and raising 2 young children of my own, healthier food choices have become a priority

I have battled behavioural issues in my house which have since reduced by removing additives and preservatives from my families diet - which is my driving force behind "Nourished Viktory". My aim is to help families in the same situation as me come back from rock bottom and show there is light at the end of the tunnel. I pride myself on being as realistic and relatable to the everyday family as possible. Along my health journey I have discovered a love for essential oils, initially to use in flavouring food naturally, but now use them widely to help manage moods and emotions. 🧠✨ Your face tells the story of your brain.

Ever noticed one eye a little higher than the other, or that your smile isn’t the same on both sides?
That’s called facial asymmetry, and it can actually give us clues about what’s happening inside your brain!

Each side of your face is controlled by the opposite side of your brain
➡️ Your right brain controls the left side of your face.
➡️ Your left brain controls the right side of your face.

So if one side looks or moves differently, it might mean one side of your brain is working a bit harder than the other.

This isn’t “bad” it just shows that your brain might be a little out of balance, and that’s something we can often support through movement, sensory work, and brain-based exercises.

Your face really is a little window into how your brain is doing 🪞💭

About Nourished Viktory

Welcome, my name is Victoria I’m a passionate Mumma on a mission to support mother’s who are going though the same situation I found myself in 3 years ago. That is feeling defeated, out of options and craving answers. My son’s behaviour had me reaching breaking point and I needed help.

I had amazing results cutting out Additives and Preservatives from his diet and have since found a new love for real foods, cooking most of our food from scratch, I have gone from not baking a single cake to making my own peanut butter!

As a result of my son’s challenging behaviour I am passionate about spreading the message of eating real foods and transforming children’s health. In 2018, becoming a Certified Instructor for the Mad Food Science Program. Having the opportunity to empower young children to make healthy food choices in a much larger scale. Servicing local schools in Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.

My son’s story is my driving force behind the name "Nourished Viktory". Showing how amazing things can happen if one’s body is nourished with the right foods.
