Bronwyn - Body For Life holds qualifications in Remedial and Therapeutic Massage since 1997. My Reiki journey started in 1997 completing Masters in 2018. Reflexology was the starting point of body work at the age of 13. My techniques now include acupressure, isometric exercises, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, Bowen and deep tissue. I've expanded my healing skills to include knowledge of crystals individually or in grid formations and uses. Personal channeled crystal grids are available. Sound and language, intuitive healing is used when appropriate. Workshops are available to increase knowledge of Crystals, Grids and Mindful Body use. End of Life Doula (Midwifery) is available to support you, family or friends on the final part of a persons journey. Grief is a lot about the question did I do it right.. enough ... or as simple as I hope they know ...

1. Preparatory chats about what paper is helpful to you or those left behind so that the best sendoffs can be arrange.
2. Support Services - Blocks of time to support family / friends to do lifes necessities while the "Journey" is happening.
3. I'm available to give talks about Death and Dying. I have walked that End of Life path with people spread over 10 years. Some things are the same .... other parts are changing.
