Heron Eyecare 'A Lifetime of Eyecare' Heron Eyecare, established in 1989, has been servicing the Toowoomba region and surrounds for over 20 years.

Henry and Miriam first opened the doors to their optometry practice in Ruthven Street providing the community with their excellent skills in eyecare. They soon moved to our current location in the iconic blue building at 147 Russell Street Toowoomba. In 2009 Hugh Bradshaw joined the team and is now a partner in the practice. Heron Eyecare provide comprehensive eye health assessments for all patients and also specialise in children's vision, contact lenses and eye disease. Optometrists offer the highest quality eye care by having the most technologically advanced practice in Australia. This enables the earliest detection of eye disease through to the most accurate production of spectacle lenses. We hope to see you in the practice soon, so that we can supply you with 'A Lifetime of Eyecare'.

Today was bitter sweet for our Heron Eyecare family. Our last day of over 30 years seeing patients at 147 Russell St.

We are bringing many pieces of Heron Eyecare charm from Russell St, so our Margaret St practice still feels like home.

We will be closed for a week and reopen on Monday 2nd February at 59 Margaret St.

With only 2 weeks remaining at our 147 Russell St practice we are excited to announce our new location at 59 Margaret St as part of the Toowoomba Eye and Skin Clinic.

Heron Eyecare will be consulting until 3pm on the 23rd January at Russell St and then will close to move. We will reopen on Monday 2nd February at Margaret St at our new home. With over 30 years at Russell St who knows what we are going to find during the move?
