Winter is a time when we want to hibernate, eat warming foods and lay in any part of the sun should it wish to come out. It’s harder to get moving in the mornings too. It’s cold here in Toowoomba but this is your reminder to drink water to stay hydrated as I am seeing lots of people who are finding it hard to drink water in this cold weather. Switch to warm lemon 🍋 or Peppermint 🍃 tea to make your digestive system happy. How are you staying warm this winter 🥶
