Physical, Emotional and Spiritual pain can have you not living your best life.... It's time to feel the best way you can! I am a trained KaHuna Massage therapist and have obtained the highest level of certification in KaHuna Massage Advanced Bodywork training through the Mette’s Institute at High Spirits Retreat. I am also trained in Polynesian Floor Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Kuna Philosophy, Po
lynesian Healing Systems and Heartworks lomi lomi relaxation massage. The Mette's Institute is accredited by several Associations of Massage Therapy in Australia. Practitioners receive extensive training in KaHuna bodywork, client counselling and Huna philosophy. I have been drawn to explore religions and spirituality from an early age. I teach a practical application of the emphasizing self-love, forgiveness, and a holistic approach to spirituality. However, I attribute my greatest learning’s to my 20 yrs nursing career, life experience, and the wisdom and guidance of the many mentors and teachers I have had, including my two children. These men and women have enriched my life, expanding and challenging me in immeasurable ways. I now support others to find their inner truth and experience dynamic transformation in their own lives. Huna Philosopy continues to inspire me, with the true meaning of Aloha: Alo = to be with, to share an experience, to be in the moment; Oha = joy and happiness; Ha = life, breath, and spirit; To love is to share the happiness of life here and now. Aloha means unconditional Love. For me, giving KaHuna massage is a wonderful and unique way to facilitate my client’s experiences of self-healing in a safe, supportive environment and with compassionate understanding. Everybody, regardless of body shape, age or state of health can benefit from Ka Huna Massage.
“I am committed to helping you, guide you and support you on your journey to accept, love and express your true self. If our paths are to cross, I look forward to walking beside you on your healing journey.” Aloha
