Hi guys well as most of my patients and followers are aware recently I had major neck surgery. Recovery is going to plan however I may have been overly optimistic about my return to work with gusto.

As a result I had a minor setback and irritated my spinal cord, I ask for your patience and understanding as I am now working half days for a period to ensure no more major setbacks.

Once a nerve injury occurs it doesn’t always heal, fingers and toes crossed that mine will.

Never give up never back down and say thank you to every experience for that is how we learn moving forward.

Thank you so much for supporting my Movember efforts! Your donation will help stop men dying too young.

My movember well been a bit bumpy, crushed the c7 nerve in my neck just a getting old footy karate motorbike lifestyle lived at 110 miles an hour.

Big operation two discs removed three vertebrae fused, all the important things in front of the bones moved stretched and so on.

Nerve damage hopefully will heal but it can’t get any worse, my heart is strong my motivation is high and my footy team is on the ups How Good is Living
