Recently I've had the pleasure of working with some local racehorse trainers in Toowoomba, explaining our treatments and working on various horses as part of a case study which I'll complete and report on more thoroughly once I'm done. One stand out in this has been a big 8yr old gelding who suffered a bad injury to his suspensory ligament which had proved basically ' untreatable' before we met,and it looked as though the big fella would likely be retired if nothing could be done.
Well,6 x treatments over a 3 week period has shown enormous improvements. Today he had his first proper gallop again and looks like he's racing pretty soon ! The photos are at the start before 1st and then after 4th treatment and it's continuing to improve. The photo's dont do justice to the reduction in swelling which has reduced massively. What's more important, if I would have seen this sooner,we would probably be racing already. Don't believe nothing can be done for ligament and tendon injuries, give me a call and I'll see what we can do. Love this!

There are moments when you know despite the challenges, you are doing the right thing and here's one if them. With a big raceday / competition coming up, Jacob had done a bad sprain on his ankle. He'd been to see different practitioners and found no joy,with the tendon and muscle slow to heal, constant pain,and believed he would miss his competition. After seeing my little post on Facebook, Jacob started messaging me about the possibility of treatment and if it would help which,thankfully, I was confident it would, having treated several similar injuries. After the first 2,he was very happy,and actually saved his 3rd for this week prior to raceday, Tonight,Jacob and his mum, Renita, sent me this,, the smile says it all. 🌟 Shoutout to Hans from Mobile Cryotherapy Toowoomba for doing a demo on one of our amazing lesson horses, Dolce Vita (aka Bailey), owned by the lovely Lois Cameron.

It was a really interesting treatment, and we learned so much about the benefits of cryotherapy for our equine friends. We're always looking for ways to enhance the well-being of our horses and this was an incredible opportunity.
