One of the places I look as a practitioner is the back of the neck.

It’s not random. It’s your body holding something it hasn’t been able to process.

And I’m going to sit with that instead of hiding it.
Because here’s the thing nobody tells you about this work.

Knowing how the nervous system works does not make you immune to it.

I still snap. I still spiral. I still have days where I can feel the tension sitting in my shoulders before I’ve even had my first coffee.

Four kids. A business. A full life.

My system gets loaded just like yours does.
The difference is I know what’s happening.
I can name it. I know what it needs. And I know it’s not a character flaw.

Tracking the fire isn’t the same as putting it out.

You’re staring at a low HRV score on your watch while your jaw is clenched and your shoulders are up to your ears.

You have the data. You know you’re burnt out. But knowing it doesn't fix it.

I see so many high-achievers who have turned their stress into a data project. You can tell me exactly when your deep sleep dropped, but not the last time your body felt truly quiet.

Data is just noise if it doesn’t lead to a shift. You can’t 'biohack' your way out of a dysregulated nervous system with more notifications.

Your body doesn’t need a monitor; it needs a neurological 'all-clear' so it can finally let go.

Stop watching the numbers. Start feeling the shift.

Here’s what your body might actually be holding right now.

1. Every conversation you didn’t finish but kept replaying. Your nervous system filed that as unresolved. It’s still there.
