Exion RF Microneedling may be worth discussing during summer, as it does not rely on light-based energy - meaning UV exposure remains a consideration, but for different reasons than laser or light-based procedures like IPL or BBL procedures. Sun protection is still an essential part of post-procedure care, regardless of the time of year.

If you have breast implants and would like to review their status, A/Prof Mark Magnusson offers breast implant health check consultations at his Gold Coast and Toowoomba clinics.

These appointments include a consultation with a Specialist Plastic Surgeon, and an in-clinic ultrasound may be performed to assess the implants. In selected cases, additional external imaging may also be arranged.

This service is available for women with breast implants, whether your original surgery was performed by A/Prof Magnusson or another surgeon.

A GP referral is required, and a Medicare rebate may apply to the consultation.
