Daniel Biernoff
Daniel is a fully qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist with over 15 years of clinical experience working with people from all walks of life. He is a firm believer that our modern diet - full of nutritionally depleted foods and chemical additives - is making us sick and that our bodies can heal themselves from almost any health problem with the right nutrition and supplement support. He has a special interest in preventative nutrition,healthy ageing and the integrative care of people with cancer. He enjoys keeping up with the latest research into nutrition and supplements, and is excited by the continuing advances in his field. Daniel is the father of three and enjoys spending his free time experimenting in the kitchen, bush walking or digging for mega fauna with his young children.

A deep dive into better health and better eating over 4 nights.
Monday 30th March-Thursday 2 April
Online via Facebook live 7pm-8pm each night. $90pp. Limited numbers.
A live, online workshop to take your health and eating to the next level. Asher (Grassroots Chef) & Daniel (Nourished-Health Through Nutrition) come together in their passion for healthful, plant-based food. They combine the nutritional and coaching wisdom and experience of Daniel with Asher's flare for flavour and ability to pack plants and nutrition into healthy cooking. They are passionate about a holistic approach to eating and want to empower their community with the knowledge, support and inspiration to live a healthier and happier life. This course will be done via a private Facebook group.
You will have the opportunity over the 4 days to ask questions and get the support you need. The 1 hour live videos will be done at 7pm, whilst it would be great for you to be part of the video then, it is not necessary and you can view the videos at a later date. There will be a small amount of outside work/ reflection to submit. Upon booking an invoice will be sent for payment. We will then send out the link and the reflection questions a few days prior to the start of the course.
The topics will include:
- What is nutrient dense and whole food plant based eating
- What are the benefits and what does this look like
- What is the basis of good health and how do we obtain this from food - Immune Function
- Disease prevention such as Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease & Cancer
- Tweaking foods to individual needs - Depression and anxiety
- How to implement this in the kitchen
- Recipes and demonstrations to help you achieve maximum nutrition and flavour in the kitchen.
