Pets decrease stress, improve health, and help with emotional and social skills. So, for our Momentum Members and people sleeping rough, animals make a huge difference to their lives.
So we are very grateful to Angels Rescue!
Angels Rescue will be providing 40 dog and 20 cat packs to Momentum for our stall at the Homeless Expo. They are also providing packs when our members at Momentum require a helping hand for their therapy animals and pets!

Running from July to October 2024, these workshops aim to foster mental health and wellbeing within our community. 100% of the proceeds go to Momentum to help them continue to offer FREE mental health and wellbeing services!

The Momentum team had a great day on Friday at NAIDOC celebrations in Warwick!
Don't forget, Momentum now has two Wellbeing Coaches in Warwick on a Wednesday and Friday!
Come join them for group programs 10am - 2pm at 163 Palmerin St, Warwick.

In the financial year ending 30 June 2024, Momentum helped 434 people with group and individual coaching and support.
This is represented by sunflowers. Why sunflowers?
Because, sunflowers always look towards the sun, and when they can't find the sun, they face towards each other - just like Momentum!
In tough times, we help those in need find connection and support to improve their mental, physical and social wellbeing. All 100% free, because we love our community.

We are now offering Medicare Bulk Billing for Psychological Therapies!!
100% FREE!
Momentum, in partnership with Mindware Psychology, is committed to providing access to mental health support for all community members WITHOUT the burden of out-of-pocket expenses!!
Our team includes trained psychologists and provisional psychologists under clinical supervision, offering individual face-to-face therapy onsite at Momentum Mental Health.
You must register with Momentum and have a current Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
Accepting referrals NOW with no current wait lists!

Thanks to all the members and community who braved the cold to attend our Open House!
It was great to see our friends from QPS Community join us, as well as Col Ryan from the Winter Shelter.
As always, we are so grateful to the team at NRG Services for volunteering their time to cook a BBQ lunch for us bi-monthly!

Thank you to everyone who helped us achieve a world record at our Paint and Sip!!!
It was an awesome event with over 180 people sharing smiles, laughs and art.

Momentum raised $30,000 which will be used to enable us to continue to offer vulnerable people needing mental health and wellbeing support access AT NO COST.

We have 193 people currently registered with us, and last month they attended our programs a total of 585 times!! Thanks everyone!!
