Trudy Pateman is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists. Health fund rebates are available. The clinic is located in Toowoomba on the South side. In the clinic I deal with a wide range of health issues in addition to injuries caused by accidents and in general lifestyle. Some of the issues include back & neck pain, postural problems, injuries, disc problems, numbness, pain or tingling, repetitive strain or overuse injury, headaches & migraines, inflexibility, degeneration, insomnia, allergies, digestive problems, skin issues, arthritis, immune stimulation, women's health, detoxification of tissues & organs and of course stress! There are a range of techniques that a Remedial Therapist can use from light to deeper work. Some of the techniques a Remedial Therapist can use are Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Acupressure, Reflexology and Shiatsu. During a massage the therapist can use one or combine a variety of styles to suit your individual needs. A wonderful way of relieving pain from muscular or emotional tension is through massage. Regular massage can identify tender areas and help restore suppleness of muscles that become tight and tense. Massage has a great effect on the nervous system which can reduce stress and allow the body to relax. In this relaxed state your body has a better chance of healing physically and emotionally.

This is the first photo ever posted way back in may 2017 the very next day we got our first EGG!

Happy to report that our has now reached a level where it will help us to:
- Install the site office
- First round of chicken paddock fences
- Achieve council Approval!

Absolutely you guys are seriously the best! Next steps are the tools of the trade!
- collection trays and crates
- chicken trailers (similar to one in picture except we are 5 years down the road and they will be far more sophisticated with inbuilt water and feed !) If you can help at all we would be forever grateful and hopefully we can have another first ever egg in a new location! Link in Bio
