The Change Project - Toowoomba Region has added two new weekend classes designed to help you breathe deeper, move mindfully and truly unwind.

Functional Breath and Mediation:
Reset your mind and body with a calming guided session in nature.
📍Where: Dr Alex Horn Park, 55 Stuart Street, Harlaxton - Meet instructor at park entry (Stuart St, gravel carpark) at 6.50am. Session to be held near bench seat, top of hill (near the Pascoe Lane entry).
🗓️When: Every second Sunday, 7-7.45am
💸Cost: $5 per person, per session

Heal Within Sound Meditation:
Sink into a deeply relaxing, heart opening sound meditation experience.
📍Where: Level 3, Toowoomba City Library Meeting Room
🗓️When: First Sunday of the month (starting in Feb), 1.30-2.30pm.
💸Cost: $5 per person, per session.
