📣 We’re Hiring! – Temporary Admin Position
Healing Hands Myotherapy & Remedial Massage
Dates: 5 January – Mid-February
Hours: 8–12 hrs per week
Location: Toowoomba
Full training provided

Healing Hands Myotherapy & Remedial Massage is looking for a confident, reliable person to join our team in a temporary administrative role. This is an unsupervised position, so we’re seeking someone who can take initiative and work independently.

✨ About the role:
• Greeting and checking in clients
• Answering phone enquiries & managing bookings
• Data entry and filing
• Processing payments via EFTPOS/HICAPS
• General cleaning duties and some washing
• Other basic admin support as required

✨ We’re looking for someone who:
• Is friendly, confident and reliable
• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Has basic computer knowledge
• Can work independently
• Is willing to learn (full training provided)

This position may lead to an ongoing role for the right person.
