Join Angelique for a dynamic, light-hearted flow centred around the art of steadiness. We’ll move through a mix of kneeling and standing shapes designed to strengthen, stabilise, and sharpen your focus.

Balance is more than holding a pose — it’s about:

• building strength through the hips and deep core
• refining alignment and body awareness
• staying calm and steady when things feel a little wobbly

Expect curiosity, concentration, and a few smiles along the way as we explore what it truly means to feel grounded.

Are you ready to take your meditation practice to the next level? To reach higher levels of concentration and connection? Or are you looking to reignite and rejuvenate your meditation practice. Well, Living Peace Yoga's Moksha Meditation Immersions may be just the thing.

Run in the studio over 4 weekends over 4 months, these immersions will help to cultivate the mind, unpack the sacred origins of meditation and provide an abundance of techniques to deepen your own practice. The Living Peace Moksha Meditation immersions focus on the time-tested methods for the realisation of the Soul and freedom from the Samsaric Cycle.

Make 2026 a year to get to know your mind and find some stillness and peace of mind.

It’s the humble and beloved downward facing dog!
Here are some simple tips to make this pose more beneficial and more comfortable. Nearly every class contains at least one dog pose so some of us have done thousands of these together. Let’s make sure we are doing it in a way which supports our health. And by the way, if you have a dog, have you ever noticed them do a down dog after they’ve been sleeping or lying down? It is a natural process to stretch (pandiculate) - animals do it instinctually, so let’s make our down dogs feel goooood!
