Do you have friends who would benefit from yoga?

We are now happy to welcome any of your friends to their first yoga class for FREE!

Make sure the class they attend is suitable to their ability, so if they are brand new to yoga, our Gentle Hatha, Restorative yoga and Meditation classes would be the best ones to start with. If your friend is relatively fit and healthy, then the General Hatha classes would be suitable.

This week In Angelique’s classes we step into the third pillar of our 4 Pillars of Stability series, turning our attention to the incredible support system of the lower back.

When the surrounding muscles and core aren’t working in harmony, the spine can feel unsteady—leaving it more open to strain and discomfort.

Through building strength and stability here, we nurture healthy alignment, safeguard against injury, and invite more freedom, ease, and confidence into every movement.

Let’s awaken the strength that’s already within us, one pillar at a time.

Did you know that an annual membership at Living Peace Yoga only costs $25 per week for UNLIMITED CLASSES?

If you attend one or more classes per week at Living Peace Yoga, the most cost effective way to enjoy your classes would be the annual membership fee of $1300 (yes, that's only $25 per week!). Not only do you save money, but with access to unlimited classes, it will encourage you to dive even more into all the wonderful offerings of yoga, here at Living Peace and/or at home.

Included in the annual membership is:
* Access to all classes in the studio
* Access to all online classes via zoom
* Access to over 700 recorded classes via the Recorded Library (which includes yoga classes, meditation, dharma talks and chanting)
* The membership can be put on hold for up to 56 days (6 weeks) throughout the year

Join us for a grounded and empowering 4-week series designed to build strength, support and stability in the body’s most vulnerable joints. Each week, we’ll focus on one key area—our “pillars”—through mindful movement and alignment-based practices.

Week 1: Ankles
Week 2: Knees
Week 3: Lower Back
Week 4: Shoulders
