So it is with great sadness that I can now confirm Toronto's worst kept secret, that Yes we are closing on the 28th!
This has had to be a business decision that I had to make!
We just did not recover after last years Covid lockdown, and can no longer trade with costs mounting and everyone staying away! Which is very frustratrating, considering the vaccination rates! We are doing 10% of what we did after the Lockdown 1 !
I want to thank Debb Budden for her tenacity and true belief that we would make it! her dedication and true professionalism! She has driven our customers to unbelievable levels!

To our long term customers who have been there longer than me, thank you so much! With out you we would have been gone long ago! Thank You
To all my Martial Arts students, I am so sorry to leave you this way, but economics have killed us!

Thanks to Steph ,Dan, Marty and the team @ Southern X Fitness today we received the next of our new equipment, a new Matrix Skill Mill for your sled pushes and parachute pulls etc. A new great way to work out in a different way, enjoy! In about six weeks we will receive our new Stair climber!!!
