At Elevate Esteem Training, we offer movement-based programs designed for people who need a calm, supportive, and confidence-building space — not a big, overwhelming gym.
Here are two programs currently running in the Lake Macquarie & Central Coast areas:
🥊 Teen Anxiety Boxing (Ages 11–14)
A small, structured, non-contact boxing program designed to help young people:
✔ build confidence
✔ improve emotional regulation
✔ release stress in a healthy way
✔ learn new skills in a calm, supportive environment
Perfect for teens who feel anxious in sports or busy environments.
💜 Power Over Parkinson’s – Boxing & Movement
A fitness and skill-based program created to support people living with Parkinson’s.
Sessions focus on:
✔ balance, coordination & mobility
✔ posture & movement confidence
✔ cognitive stimulation
✔ emotional wellbeing
✔ safe pad work, resistance training & adaptable movements
Suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and stages of Parkinson’s.
