Woooohooo!
Our second ShredSistas event is on Saturday 4th May at Urbnsurf and once again looks at different dimensions in women’s health and wellbeing.

The program includes interactive presentations and discussion, coaching and networking. Speakers will be announced soon.

Tiff Riggs of Nextwave will be our coach for the day, ably assisted by our Man Friday who’ll be in the water to help with takeoffs for those who want it.

Our exclusive surf sessions will both be on the Progresssive Turns setting - one right and one left.

The cost is $495 inc GST.

The first day of our October event has been fantastic! The sun came out, the wind backed off and Clay Nienaber from OMBE had everyone on fire in the water, and even got Jo dancing.
Thanks to everyone for coming and to Alicia King, Hayden Richards and Steve McConnell for their fabulous presentations in concert with Dr Shred (aka Anne Stephenson). Day 2 is on tomorrow…..

It’s MediShred time again, with our next event on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 October at Urbnsurf!
We have Clay Nienaber of OMBE (in pic) providing the coaching and showing us how it’s done 🔥. Friday is intended to be intermediate and Saturday will be intermediate-advanced. There will be two exclusive scheduled surfs and a lot of other coaching activities, with the chance to book your own surf at the end of the day if you still have the beans. The cost is $750 per day and we have 3 spots left on Friday and 4 left on Saturday….better get cracking!

What a sensational day for the inaugural ShredSistas last Saturday focussing on womens health and well-being!

14 wonderful women enjoyed great company, warm weather and spot-on coaching in the Urbnsurf wavepool.

We're already planning another Sistas event in November - stay tuned!

Our inaugural ShredSistas event will be held on Saturday 29 April 2023 at Urbnsurf, and we’d love to see you there!

With a focus on Women’s Heath and Wellbeing, it’s a great mix of peer-to-peer learning across women's health and surfing. It’s also tax-deductible if you work in the women’s health sector.

Our coach for the day is Tiffany Riggs of Nextwave, and we’ll also have an experienced surf buddy on hand to help.

We have 13 places available, but be quick, as there are only 5 spots left!

Day 2 of MediShred saw everyone acting as if they were from the Surf Coast and only able to go right!

Another great day of thrills, spills, expert coaching from OMBE and thought-provoking presentations.
