Our emotions hold great intelligence and wisdom… but how often are you listening to them?
I mean really tuning in and listening to how you ‘feel’ in a given situation, instead of what we ‘think’ about that situation.
Our emotions are our internal compass and guidance system - the knowledge we possess inside that isn’t clouded by the ‘shoulds’ ‘woulds’ or ‘what if’s’ of the mind.
Emotions are the knowledge of our heart and spirit and they’re the most intelligent information you have to show you the right path for you. 🩷
It doesn’t always mean that you act on your emotions, but they are signals, signals trying to tell you something about yourself and the situation. Without being able to feel and understand the signals we don’t have all the intel and information, and we can quickly become lost or on the wrong path.

Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas and New Year!
I’ll be taking a break to spend with my loved ones and also heading away, on what I’m sure will be a life changing and spiritually expanding conference!

In closing out 2024, let’s all take a moment to reflect and honour what this year has held… each challenge, each achievement, the hurt or sadness, the magical moments, the ordinary moments and all the lessons along the way.
