🌸 Today I welcome my periods back 🌸
I felt something was lacking, weakened this come back, after a year postpartum.
It took some grounding, a few deep belly massages, quite confronting I must admit.
On the day that I booked my acupuncture treatment with the amazing .heagney.acupuncture, like my body knew it was safe, it came back before.
I went to my treatment, feeling already a shift. Laying down, in the warmth on my towels cocoon, I felt an overwhelming female energy, hugging me , giving me so much love and tenderness.
What the better way to celebrate this huge achievement for my body
