I'm experienced in treating a wide range of conditions including headaches, neck and back pain, sciatica and muscular aches and tightness associated with overuse or poor posture. A massage treatment with me will involve a variety of remedial massage techniques such therapeutic deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, dry needling, cupping, myofasci

al release, mobilization as well as stretching. I incorporate some form of relaxation techniques into my treatments, ensuring the clients experience is enjoyable and relaxing.

It has been hard and exhausting working around mums illness and passing.
Now it's time for a reset in Bali with my family 🫶
