I first became interested in the wellness space in 2007.
I was 22 at the time, living in a ski town called Revelstoke in B.C, Canada.
As all good ‘20 something yr olds’ do I burnt the candle at both ends. Partying, drinking, eating poorly and sleeping very little. After significant weight gain, a knee injury and feeling utterly depleted, I started to seek out a new way of enjoying life…

That Summer I begun yoga, hiking, rock climbing and understanding food and nutrition.

3 years later I studied massage therapy in Melbourne at and reiki I, reiki II and reiki mastership with Jeremy

In 2016 I travelled to Rishikesh, India and completed my 200 YTT at Vinyasa yoga school along with Ayurvedic foundations.
Continuing Yoga studies further back in Melbourne, and completing my Yin YTT with

From there it got a little crazy…. Working within day spas during the day, then zooming all over Melbourne early morning and evening to teach yoga. At the peak of the craziness I was teaching 17 classes a week!! 🫠

I was ‘talking the talk’, but not really ‘walking the walk’ so to speak….

The truth is, for many working in the ‘wellness’ industry we do ridiculous hours and work far beyond our capacity because we are passionate, and it’s the only way to make ends meet in an industry that pays terribly. Wellness hey..? 😏

The pause of 2020 was so timely. To stop, look inwards and recognise that again, I needed to do things differently….

This when Delama was born…

It’s taken 15 years of working in the industry and refining the way I do things, but I can now say with confidence that when I step into Delama’s treatment room I have the full capacity to give you the most incredible treatment. My cup is always full, my heart wide open and my intentions align with my actions 🤍

Feeling inspired and rejuvenated after 3 weeks on the road with my family.
There are so many exciting, new Delama offerings coming up in 2025 (watch this space 😉)
After a ‘soft’ reopening at the end of 2024, I can confirm Delama’s new treatment room in Armstrong Creek holds all the same warmth, softness and magic that it always has.✨

A little update for the beloved women of Delama’s community 💗
I miss the chats, the good vibes and the warmth that you all bring with you into Delama’s treatment room.
Delama is relocating and I am so thrilled to be inviting you all back for magical treatments really soon.
Delama’s website is having a little revamp, once it’s live and bookings are open I will let you all know via socials and an email.
