Sharing some thoughts from a reflective writing session with a supportive card spread this morning. Something new is being birthed for the Creative Crow, a new service offering for individual work that focuses on self exploration and transformation.

It's been busy here in my world recently. I love my work within this Creative Crow space but I also have a day job (well two actually), young children and lots of ideas all competing for air time. I decided last year I needed a space and some community where I can explore my big, passionate ideas and interests including my own spiritualityand learning and personal intuitive practices. These all relate to what I want to keep building here. I have plans that include face to face workshops, online courses/community/coaching, resources to support intuition in self care practice, I'm quietly working on a book that explores grounding personal intuition practices in social justice foundations, and some more niche individual and group services that promote personal growth.

Today that intention I put out into the world barely six months ago arrived, I convened the first gathering of the Intuitives & Creatives Personal Practice Group (Geelong & Surf Coast) and it was wonderful 🌈✨ I don't think I'll ever stop being fascinated by the everyday magic of intention + aligned action = manifestation ie. *This is actually happening* 🤩

How are you taking care of yourself this weekend?

I absolutely needed some self care and reflection today. After a big week, in a busy month of huge year! My daughter and I also did a spot of op shopping and found that some treasures fo a little bit of bonus dopamine 😂

I've been quiet on here because life has been coming at me thick and fast, in both tricky and triumphant ways with new work opportunities, family illness and so much more. Today absolutely called for some self care and recalibrating. I came to one of my favourite spots to retreat, reflect and reconnect with myself. Today is the new moon in aries and I'm setting my intention to recommit to my self care with compassion, curiosity and a growth mindset.

I just felt called to offer an inpromptu reading to a friend I don't see overly often but has just had some big news. I've been really leaning in to whether to open up 1 to 1 readings again after receiving several requests. I've just done this beautiful little card spread to tune into today's serendipitous encounter. This says to me my offerings aren't about me "willing" them into being or what I "think" people need or want from me. I need to trust what I feel and follow the invitations to be of true service. It's my genuine service to others that heals my heart and restores my energy. I will certainly be exploring how I can practically offer my unique style of reading in the current context. How do you mark the shift from now into the next year?
For me cards and journalling before bed for some self care and attunement tonight. It is imminently new years eve. I am taking a little time to reflect on my lessons and gifts in 2021 mostly attributable to a Goddess called The Morrigan, who came to me unbidden and worked closely with me through a turbulent, magical and transformative year. The Morrigan has three identities and is associated with warriors and battle, prophecy, shapeshifting/transformation and the archetype of a sovereign Queen, these have been my domains of personal growth this year, knowing the facets of myself more honestly. Also feeling into themes for me in 2022, I got strong masculine energy of initiation into personal sovereignty and defending what's yours, what you believe and who you know yourself to be with commitment, dedication and bravery.

Details are being finalised for the inaugural Creative Crow "My Own Oracle Workshop" on the Surf Coast. This face to face workshop in early 2022 is an invitation to carve out an afternoon to care for yourself with kindness. Nicole will share her approach to using any oracle card deck you love, with reflective journaling to build a personal practice of curiosity, intuition and self-mastery.
