From this Saturday 16th May, The Quay Family Healthcare will no longer be open on Saturdays. We want to make sure all our patients have plenty of notice to plan ahead.

We're still here for you six days a week:

🕐 Monday · 8:30am–5:30pm
🕐 Tuesday–Friday · 8:30am–5:00pm
🕐 Sunday · 9:00am–1:00pm

If you have a Saturday appointment already booked, our team will be in touch to help you find a time that works. You're also welcome to call us or book online to reschedule at your convenience.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to care for you and your family. 💙

Flu season has arrived on the Surf Coast. 🌊🤧

Between footy training, school runs, and everything else life throws your way, no one has time to be knocked out for a week.

Flu vaccinations are now available at The Quay Family Healthcare in The Dunes Village, Torquay.

Under the National Immunisation Program, eligible patients can receive their flu vaccination bulk billed with no out-of-pocket cost.

Eligible groups include:

💉 Adults 65 and over

💉 Pregnant women

💉 Children aged 6 months to 5 years

💉 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people

💉 People with certain chronic medical conditions
