Merry Christmas beautiful souls 🎄💫

As I reflect on 2025, my heart is overflowing with gratitude 💚 This year has been one of incredible growth, deep transformation, and so much love ❤️ It truly feels like a year that has wrapped up a long journey 2025 = 9 transformation a chapter filled with learnings, healing, and heart opening moments ending cycles and so so so much more 🙏🏾

Meditation family 🧘🏽‍♀️Reiki family, and all of my amazing one-on-one clients thank you 🙏🏾 Thank you for showing up, for doing the inner work, for trusting the process, and for allowing me to walk beside you ❤️Every session, every connection, every shared moment has mattered more than you know 🙏🏾

This year has felt like a powerful completion a space where we honour how far we’ve come, before stepping forward with clarity and intention 🫶🏾 As we move toward 2026, I feel so excited, grounded, and open to what’s next.

✨🎄 Thankful Thursday with a heart full of gratitude 🎄✨ Yesterday’s Sound Healing Meditation was deeply special 🧘🏽‍♀️not only because we gathered together in stillness, sound and heart… but because it marked the final Sound Healing Meditation for both morning and evening for 2025 ✨I want to take a moment to thank each and every soul who has walked through the door this year 🙏🏾 Your presence, your openness, your vulnerability, your energy you are what made these sessions so sacred 🙏🏾
