🌸 Thankful Thursday 🌸
With a full heart, I want to thank everyone who joined this week’s meditation yesterday morning 🫶🏾Your presence your energy and your openness make each wonderful Wednesday so special 🙏💖 the power of breath body and Sound 🌈 🌬✨🎶✨ Through a gentle body scan we gave ourselves permission to notice where tension was hiding soften into those spaces, and invite in release.
✨ With the 4-4-4 breath we calmed the mind, created balance, and opened our hearts.
✨ And through the healing tones of sound we were carried into deeper harmony aligning body, mind, and spirit 😍 Together, we rested in presence, and the energy was beautifully expansive. Thank you for showing up for yourselves and for one another. Each session is a reminder of the power of community and the magic we create when hearts come together. 💞

There’s something so alive in the air tonight 💫 This eclipse feels like a deep breath before a brand new chapter 😍 a gentle nudge from the Universe saying, trust how far you’ve come 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 I’ve sat with the shadows, faced the truths, and lovingly released what no longer belongs 💫 Every layer I’ve let go of has made space for more light 💫clarity and soul alignment 😍

Thankful Thursday 🙏🏽 It’s such a beautiful moment in the week to pause and give deep gratitude to our wonderful Wednesday Meditation family 🧘🏼‍♀️From my heart to yours thank you. 💖

I’m so proud of how far each of you has come this year with your healing You’ve stepped bravely into your healing gear 😍 letting go of what no longer serves you and opening to the calm, clarity, and love within. It’s inspiring to witness your growth and the way you hold space for one another 💚

A little reminder: there will be no night meditations for the next two weeks during the school holidays.
✨ First week we’ll have a daytime adults’ meditation at 9:45am.
✨ Second week – a special children’s meditation at 9:45am post to come 🧘🏽‍♀️

Most of all thank you 🙏🏽 for the beautiful, heartfelt energy you brought to our Thankful Thursday yesterday. My heart is so full because of you. 🌸
