The 6 types of energy we carry (and how to protect them)
Not all tiredness is physical. Sometimes we sleep well and still wake up feeling flat. Or we tick off every to-do, and somehow still feel like we’ve run a marathon. That’s because we’re not just carrying physical energy. We carry mental, emotional, spiritual, creative, social, and sensory energy too. And they all need care.
So ask yourself:
Where am I spending the most energy lately?
Which type feels low, and what could restore it?
What could I gently step away from - even for a moment?
Protecting your energy isn’t selfish. It’s how you stay connected to yourself. It’s how you make space for calm 💫
