So how can we be mindful whilst caring for our skin?
Let’s start by observing and connecting to our senses.

How do your products feel on your skin?
Can you smell the essences?
Can you observe the sensation of touch and notice the texture of each product?

Give yourself permission to soften the face, the mind and clear away past or future thoughts, even for just a minute

You may even like to voice outloud a positive intention to set yourself up for the day - for example

Being Internationally qualified and with over 18 years of Day Spa and Beauty Therapy experience in Armadale, Hawthorn and Barwon Heads, offering Holistic Beauty Therapy services in Torquay Victoria is what I love to do. Being a Mother of two beautiful girls (Willow and Pippa), I understand the importance of nurturing your mind and body & having time out for yourself. A dedicated home studio which was open over 7 years ago has been designed specifically to provide a calm and welcoming space for you to escape & forget about the outside world. Helping people feel great from the inside out is my passion.

I offer professional treatments and skin care products in a holistic way that is kind to your soul and the environment as well as achieving results. My passion is to create a nurturing, peaceful environment that remains affordable for women across Torquay and the Surf Coast.
