What a fabulous book! I highly recommend you pick up a copy (I stumbled across this one in my local library).

We know already that being out in nature makes us feel good...
but did you also know it makes us more likely to help others, can increase our memory and problem solving capacity, not to mention enhance our immune system and reduce blood pressure.

The take away is simple...
go outside, commune with nature, you will be and feel better for it. 💚

Hi lovely people! The little flowering gum out the front is bringing me so much joy! It has such a strong energy at the moment...potent... emerging... blooming 💓. I can feel the outward force of potential & I almost burst with happiness every time I look at it. The bees are absolutely loving it too!

Merry Christmas lovelies!

Wow, this year has just flown by! It feels not so long ago I was packing up my studio in Drumcondra and setting up in Torquay, and here we are on Christmas Eve!

Thanks to everyone who came in for a session, spread the word, bought a gift voucher, referred a friend, liked or shared a post... it all means the world. I'm so lucky to do what I do, but I couldn't do any of it without all of you 🥰. So, thank you 🙏.

Where would I be without flower & vibrational essences?

These 5 little bottles came to my aid today in a self kinesi balance for an allergic/heat rash on my face. I resonated with the information for each essence and even shed a few tears. I find it so powerful that a few drops and a few words can bring a gentle emotional release along with sacred awareness. It's no wonder flower essences test up in every session my with clients. Magic in a bottle, if you ask me!

It's all a matter of perspective.

Sometimes, things, people, or situations pop up in life at seemingly inappropriate and inconvenient times and places. Buttons can be pressed, feathers ruffled, wounds triggered.
How wonderful when we can receive the blessing, the gift, and the awareness that each challenge presents. 🌼

How's your inner child feeling today? I found this book at a book sale some time ago. It is full of lovely stories that I (and my inner child) loved reading. 💜

What's your favourite thing to do to nourish your inner child? Singing? Dancing? Picking flowers or talking to the fairies in your garden? Making daisy chains? Playing dress ups?
Enjoying a sweet treat? (I remember my Nanna used to give us kids a kool fruit lolly from the tin. They don't taste the same anymore!) Spinning around until you get so dizzy you fall to the ground and laugh and laugh?🤣 Ahhh the fun to be had when we remember to play with our inner child. Such a nice break from adulting! I might go and colour in now 🖍🧡🥰

The Uncreated.

I have never seen this card before.

Today, I have lower back pain and grabbed Alchemy Deck for some insights.

First came Reddening (what occurs in the body is reflected in the world and vice versa)

Okay, that makes sense

Then, Calcification (transformation requires commitment and a willingness to sit through discomfort as old patterns fall away)

Yep, I'm feeling it

The third card was Vinegar (something from the past is showing up and demanding attention. It is productive to look at the past, but not to stare.)

I'm hearing you there!

Finally, I asked, "What is the missing ingredient?" And pulled The Uncreated (the unconceived, the seed of the seed. The subtle but profound force that summons all that will be into existence.... The architect of the future is within you.)

Wow! So, all I need to do to release this stagnancy from the back of my sacral chakra is to create something new? It makes so much sense to me. I have no idea what that new creation is, but I'm off for a walk to see if inspiration drops in.

It's time for a cuppa!
I just picked these beautiful little leaves from my garden of pots on the back deck.
Lemon balm, yarrow, mint and thyme. They smell so fresh and alive! I'm battling cold sores at the moment, so this brew will not just be a refreshing hot drink but herbal medicine in a cup. 🙏
