Group Fast day 13 of 14. The juice today is apple, pear and grapefruit. Energy levels are great today and we continue to feel fantastic, with awesome clarity and focus. However, the end is close and we feel have felt a bit hungry over the last 2 days and missing food. I think it’s more the taste than actually eating that is being missed. . But that’s temporary, so it’s been worth it. Especially for how good we feel..,
