Modified hours for this evening - Friday, May 30th. We will be closing at 6.30pm tonight. This is a one off and we’ll resume normal hours next Friday (closing 7.30 or 8.30pm).

Hot Tub opening day will be this afternoon from 3.30pm. Come in to on The Esplanade at Torquay Front Beach to try our wood fired hot tub for free. No bookings necessary today. Feel free also to bring some nibbles and drinks (non-alcoholic) as it will be a chilled atmosphere

A great turnout to Kate and Siena’s first Meditation: Tools for Regulation session in the upstairs studio at last night. Lots of relaxed people and positive feedback afterwards. This class is on every Wednesday evening from 7-8pm. Payment via donation. Booking via https://sublimehealthclub.com.au/book-in.
