Allowing yourself to connect to your true nature which is present awareness, allows you to feel your “being”. This is the most important thing you can do. Being connected to your body and aware, observing what arises, happens during meditation and reiki. These powerful tools enable yourself to just be so you can find the goodness in yourself, others and the world around you.

Love is the state that we are in when we connect with the deep still place within. Many people believe they will find love in a relationship but what really happens is the conditions we are brought up in come to the surface to heal as we continue to learn to love our partners and the people dear to us. It is a letting go of these conditional states that allows the free flowing energy that is always present within us. The key is to connect to that free flowing, feel good energy throughout your day and continually align yourself with the present moment. And when you notice a conditional state arise, shift your focus again back to the present moment.
