Send this to someone who needs to hear it 🫣 …it’s not that perimenopause doesn’t exist, it’s that we have brought it on ourselves and it is linked to the perils of modern life. It’s totally avoidable, or modifiable.
❗️The liver processes hormones. Overburdened liver = ‘hormonal imbalance’ symptoms. Address liver load.
❗️Constipation = hormonal waste stuck in bowel, being reabsorbed (via leaky gut) into bloodstream. Address motility; start by quitting grazing & processed carbs.
❗️Puffy? If your lymph isn’t flowing well then hormones are stuck. Move, jump, jog, ground, stop sitting all day.
❗️You can’t ‘balance hormones’ without addressing drainage. Enemas, colonics, and liver flushing help.
❗️Gallbladder is key to hormone health - healthy bile flow allows fats (raw materials of hormones) to be absorbed. Support bile: bitter foods/drink, no snacks.
❗️Hormones are made from cholesterol - ‘hormonal chaos’ is often due to inadequate healthy dietary fats + intake of seed oils. Eat at home more, quit seed oils.
❗️Supplements can support healing once diet and drainage are corrected, but they sure as s**t will not ‘fix’ hormones. Sorry. Anyone telling you otherwise is wrong, no matter how expensive the product is.
Honestly, liver flushing is fking AWESOME for not only detoxing your body but helping your body be better able to detox beyond the actual liver flush days.
