Dinacharya is the art of living in rhythm with nature. Our senses are constantly engaged and drain our energy.

In this months workshop you will learn and apply the principles of a doshic daily regimen or dinacharya, in relation to the current seasons and gain an understanding of its influence on each constitituion. Dinacharya helps to maintain agni (digestive fire), build ojas (associated with immunity) and keep your senses protected from environmental pollution.

When: Saturday 21st May, 5:45am - 8:45am (3hrs)
Cost: $149

Workshop will include:

- Sunrise Yoga on the beach + Pitta Balancing Meditation in Nature ( We will be STARTING this worlshop at 5:45am Toogoom Community Playground Beach Access)

- Shake up and shake out excess kapha with a movement meditation

- Interactive session on understanding the doshas vata, pitta, and kapha; their qualities, how to create your own Dinacharya routine for your constitution and the current season.

- We’ll learn a cleansing routine for ears, eyes, nose, mouth, and skin, as a group

- Mini Dinacharya Ritual Kit to take home:

1 x Ear Oil (1 dram)
1 x Body Oil (0.5 fl oz)
1 x Nose Oil (1 dram)
1 x Oil Pulling Oil (0.5 fl oz)
1 x Floral Water (1 dram)

- Yin + Nadi Shodhana + Metta Meditation to ground our Vata

FUNDAMENTALS OF YOGA: 5 Week Beginners Immersion

The purpose of this 5 week course is to provide a well-rounded introduction and a base understanding of the yoga practice for the beginner and well seasoned yogi alike. We’ll cover a brief history, and philosophy of yoga, an in-depth review of fundamental poses ( their alignment and purpose ) understanding vinyasa ( or flow ) through sun salutations, creative transitioning, the importance of breath, the use of props, and freedom to adapt and modify.

This course is structured, and builds week by week. It is my hope that this course instills confidence so that students have a good base understanding of the practice, and feel comfortable attending any of our group public classes, events, and/or developing a home practice of their own.



WEEK 1: The Eight Limbs of Yoga, Pranayama + Yin


WEEK 2: Finding Mountain pose + Fundamental Poses You Need to know


WEEK 3: Mastering Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations)


WEEK 4: Back Bends + Inversions (Face your fears, protect your spine).

WEEK 5: It’s time to put everything we’ve learnt into practice. Here we will utilise our yogic tools Asana, Pranayama, Bhandas, Dharana + Dhyana for a specific intention. You will decide whether to opt for the brahmana (energising) or langhana (reducing) option, giving you the confidence to create your own practice.

COMMENCES: Saturday 4th June

Each session runs for 60minutes

Hey all, I just thought I’d jump on to confirm some FAQ’s about the Health Hunter X Bayaroma SIRTFood Super Juice Collaboration:

Where Can I purchase from? Bayaroma

Do I need to pre-order my Juice? While you can just order this juice at the counter, it’s recommended you call ahead (07) 4125 1515 so they can get it ready/save time waiting.

Do I need to bring my own container/s? Due to Covid Regulations, BYO is not available. The team at Bayaroma will have your drink prepared in a 750ml takeaway cup. If you aren’t consuming all the drink at once, I’d transfer to a sealed container/water bottle in the fridge, as cold pressed juices can last for 3-5days in the fridge.

How much is it ?: Each 750ml Juice is $15, and $1 per add ons ( matcha, chilli, turmeric )

I’m interested in the kickstart you mentioned, is it 750ml for 3 days ?: In my newest book Eat Clean, Live Well, there are two optional 7-14 day Kickstarts for your weight loss journey. One of these kickstarts includes juice fasting/cleansing until dinner time for 3 days. There are specific caloric goals, instruction, and foods that need to be consumed as part of this kickstart, so you will need to of purchased the book and followed the plan that I have created, to undertake this safely. This juice is however a fantastic addition to anyone’s diet, so if you haven’t ordered the book and just want to add a nutrient boost to your day then this is fine ☺️.

How many calories are in the juice? Each 250ml serve of juice is 90 Calories.

Can I get a copy of the book? The ebook (digital version) of this book is available on my website, the Pre-Order for hard copies ( shipping eta 29th Nov - 10th Dec ) SOLD OUT.

Now I know some of you may not have a cold pressed juicer, so I’ve teamed up with one of your favourite cafes in the bay to bring you this specific juice!
