This is really good information, easy to understand. Our immune system is what we need to focus on right now. Lots of good immune-boosting foods like turmeric, ginger, garlic (just made the best vegie soup!), good clean water and herb teas, walking, yoga on the back lawn, deep breathing, fun dancing around the kitchen to great music and silly games. Oh and avoid media as much as possible, processed foods, soft-drinks, dairy, too much meat, toxic products like some skin-care, laundry products, garden care etc
