From May 1st, we will no longer be offering Afterpay as a payment option at Captivate Clinics.
As a business, we have made the decision to step away from third-party “buy now, pay later” platforms due to the significant costs they place on merchants. Afterpay charges businesses substantial fees on every transaction — meaning we are effectively subsidising your payment plan while still needing to cover the full cost of our products, suppliers, and highly trained team.
This model is simply not sustainable for a premium service provider.
At Captivate Clinics, we pride ourselves on delivering an exclusive experience backed by a high level of education, expertise, and results-driven care. This standard of service warrants appropriate financial return so we can continue to operate at the level our clients expect and deserve.
We understand that flexibility matters, which is why we offer self-managed subscription options within our business model. These allow you to plan and pay progressively for your treatments in a way that works for you — without placing the financial burden on the clinic.
If our services are currently outside your budget, we encourage you to save and invest in your treatments when the time is right.
