Bulk billing available for Pension/Concession card holders and children under 16 years. The healthcare team at Toukley Family Practice are committed to providing comprehensive, high quality multidiscplinary healthcare individually tailored to the needs of our patients. Our dedicated team of doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and administrative staff, continually strive to provide you with the best possible personalised health care. Our team brings together healthcare professionals who excel in a broad spectrum of health specialities ranging from general practitioner services, psychology & counselling, physiotherapy & exercise physiology, dietetics, management of skin cancer to the treatment of incontinence & erectile dysfunction. Our GPA Accredited modern complex provides state of the art facilities for your comfort. Wheelchair access & disabled parking is provided at both entrances to the complex. Within our Toukley Family Practice complex there is a large treatment room staffed by experienced practice nurses skilled in the delivery of wound care, childhood & adult immunisations, health assessments & pre-employment medicals and who are also equipped to provide our patients with ECG recordings, hearing tests, blood sugar monitoring, INR monitoring and other community care co-ordinating activities. Our Chronic Disease Management clinics operate Monday to Friday and are staffed by registered nurses with additional training, who in collaboration with your GP, are able to assist you to create a care plan to meet your healthcare goals. We are in the business of working with you to keep you as healthy as you can be.

📣 Retirement Announcement – Dr Michael Cranney

After more than forty years as a treating physician — including many rewarding years with Toukley Family Practice — Dr Cranney wishes to share that he will be retiring from medical practice in mid-December 2025.

Dr Cranney says it has been a genuine privilege to care for his patients and to be entrusted with their health over the years. He is deeply grateful for the confidence, kindness, and connections formed throughout his time in practice.

It has been an honour for him to serve this community. He extends his sincere thanks for the trust and warmth shown to him and wishes everyone continued good health, happiness, and wellbeing.
