After a long wait, the new gym equipment was installed on Monday.

I'm so happy for my husband Mark, who has achieved his life-long dream to have a gym in his Physio practice.

The renovations are almost finished! The building has been painted a lovely grey colour. We are really happy with the result!

The new equipment will be here at the end of March 😀

We have a Frangipani tree out the front of the practice. Many of my clients climb it before and after sessions. I love seeing kids climbing the tree and not looking at a screen!

So many special friendships between clients have been forged in the tree.

I’ve received countless flowers from clients over the years 😀😀

Today is an exciting day!

We are renovating the building. After months of discussing, designing, investigating, applying and planning ... the builders finally started working on site today.

The next 4-6 weeks will be a busy time, we are continuing to work whilst the renovations are occurring. I apologise in advance for any excess noise and interruptions.

Thank you to everyone understanding the new parking situation.

I can't wait to see the final result!

As everyone is aware, until the COVID-19 crises is over, I am only offering Telehealth. Thank you to everyone for adapting to this new style of therapy. It was lovely to see everyone's faces ... and meet everyone's pets too.
