Glorious You

Glorious You Somatic Therapist | Kinesiology | Neurofeedback | Holistic Pelvic Care | Retreats Hello Beautiful souls,

It is so great to have you here! In Kindness, Tracey

I am passionate about creating the space for women to have the experience of feeling their truth. I believe this is vital to the collective harmony + balance + joy of women and our society as a whole. I's so excited about this idea and feel it in my womb and in my heart. this is the essence of my work. I am an Integrative Health Practitioner. I have a Diploma of Health science in Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine. I am also a Neurofeedback Technician + have a passion and detailed understanding of the brain and its patterns of disharmony. How do I work in clinic? I am really interested in you and therefore I need to understand you on an emotional, physical and spiritual levell, so we complete a detailed intake form to gain this unique understanding of you. Along with a diagnosis of your pulse and tongue. This is really useful as it provides me with very precise information about you and how i can tailor our sessions together. Kinesiology is a highly effective light-touch therapy that works with the source of pain and dysfunction and the whole body simultaneously. For the most part, our bodies do amazing jobs of finding ways to work around the stresses and strains caused by our life experiences, such as chronic stress, childhood falls or trauma, or illnesses. With Kinesiology we recognise that, given proper support, the body will move to heal itself, creating a custom solution to the problem that is causing that pain or discomfort. be it emotional, physical. I assist you to move away from the old or new patterns that hold you back from living your best life, getting you closer to your truth. Examples of what Kinesiology can help:

• Chronic back and neck pain
• Headache and migraine
• TMJ dysfunction, jaw and dental pain
• Stress and tension related problems
• Developmental disabilities
• Pregnancy and childbirth
• Newborns and infants
• Learning and behavioural challenges
• Post surgical recovery
• Autism
* Relationship problems

I look forward to helping you on your journey to health and wellness.

Every journey makes us storytellers.

Just as somatic therapy invites us to be in relationship with our inner world, travel invites us into relationship with the outer one.

These adventures are not just about where we go, but how we experience them; wandering laneways, honouring tradition, pausing for a retreat-style day of somatic therapy, and letting awe shape us into richer versions of ourselves.

Over the next two years, I’ll be guiding soul-based journeys overseas.

🌏 Vietnam — early 2027
🏮 China — late 2027
🌙 Morocco — early 2028

With Canada, Italy, and Africa stirring just beyond.

If your heart stirs at the thought of walking these paths with reverence; becoming a storyteller of your own aliveness; I’d love to keep you close as details unfold.

to be among the first to know more.

This is more than travel.
It is pilgrimage.
It is story.
It is aliveness.

I am so thrilled to be announcing this right here right now with you all

these adventures will be limited to 10-12 individuals per trip to make it an intimate experience.

WE BEGIN TONIGHT ✨

It feels so right in my body to be offering this right now.

For years, my body would meet pleasure — whether in play, joy, intimacy, or even deep rest — with a freeze response. I didn’t understand why.

I thought maybe something was wrong with me.

But what I’ve come to learn through somatic therapy is that there was nothing broken… only a body doing its best to stay safe.
Through practice, compassion, and gentle returning, I’ve come to understand my body’s language.

I now know how to meet myself; not with judgment, but with presence.

And this has changed everything.

Coming Home to Your Body is the journey I wish I had in the early days.

It’s a 6-week experiential space for folks to reconnect with their bodies, rebuild safety, and gently explore sensation, boundaries, and self-trust.

You don’t need to be anywhere but where you are.

All that’s required is a willingness to be with yourself, kindly.

If you’d like to hear more of my personal story, you can listen to this episode of my podcast:

If this speaks to you, I’d love to walk beside you.

Message me directly or RSVP via this event.

We begin tonight!

Your body is not the problem — it’s the way home.

To Thy Own Self Be True

A moment with Fiona

When I sat with Fiona, I was struck by her presence—calm, radiant, wise. Her eyes glistened with the quiet knowing that only life can teach.

I asked her what message she most wanted to share, and without hesitation she said:

“Above all else, my life has taught me the importance of being true to myself.”

Her father used to have her read Shakespeare: “To thy own self be true.”

And as she grew older, the meaning of those words began to take root.

Then she said something that landed in my body like a truth I didn’t know I needed:

“If I can’t look in the mirror and like what I see, what does it matter what anyone else thinks?”

She shared how, not long ago, she would have said, “Yes, I love myself,” but now she feels it—not just as a phrase to believe, but as something alive in her being.

“I love my rolls. They were the layers that protected me—and I don’t know if I would’ve got here without them.”
(shivers ran across my whole body when she said that)

She told me, “I am who I am. And I like me. Not a lot of people like themselves. Self-love is missing.”

She spoke of her breakdown, of rage and tears that could erupt in any moment.

And then, a moment that changed a lot for Fiona.

“I was walking into Coles, and a young girl walked past me and smiled. I turned back and told her,
‘I can’t tell you how much that smile meant to me.’

“Now I want to give people a reason to smile.”

This conversation left me with a feeling of wholeness.

If you would love to be part of this prohect, reach out, if live ti capture your essence.

✨ Coming home to your body in person 6 week journey begins next Tuesday evening ✨

This is my final offering in the beloved clinic space before I move in July. A gentle, powerful invitation to come home to yourself through your body.

Each Tuesday we will gather in circle; to slow down, tune inward, and explore the wisdom of our bodies.

Inspired by the work of my somatic training, this program is designed to support foljs on the journey of recovery, reconnection, and reclaiming. Through somatic practices, movement, conversation, and deep rest, we begin to remember what safety feels like from the inside out.

This work is experiential; not a theory to understand but a truth to feel.

No experience needed. Just a willingness to be with what is.

Limited to 10 participants to ensure an intimate, safe space.

Held each Tuesday for 6 weeks, beginning May 20th, at my clinic in The Entrance.

If you’ve been longing for space to feel again, to reconnect, and to be held as you return to your own inner knowing; for your body to be an ally, this is for you.

Let this final series in this space be a threshold, a beginning, and a beautiful closing all in one.

To register or ask questions, please message me directly or email tracey@gloriousyouproject.com.au

Alice — The Power of Solitude

When I spoke with Alice, her words held the kind of clarity that comes from movement, reflection, and lived experience.

Born in Norway, she spent her early years moving between there and England. From the age of four, constant transition shaped her inner world.

At 19, she began travelling solo. “I learnt how to be alone… and enjoy my own company,” she shared. “Travel teaches you the difference between loneliness and solitude. I can now be completely alone and be happy there. I’ve felt more alone in a crowded room than I ever have by myself."

That hit deep. The gift of perspective.

When I asked what she’d say to her 19-year-old self, she paused, then said:

“Don’t worry so much about what people think. I spent so much time wondering if others liked me… I never stopped to ask if I even liked them.”

These days, Alice says life has shifted.

"In my youth I was trying to experience. Now, what I do needs to have meaning—like I’m trying to build something.”

There’s something steady in how she walks through the world. A wisdom she lives, not just speaks.

To anyone needing guidance, Alice says:

“Go after the things you want. We’re all going to have regrets. It’s worse to wish you’d done something than to do it and see it fail. And remember—you don’t have to do it perfectly for it to be worth doing.”

A note from my heart

Over the past few years, I’ve poured energy into sharing, showing up, and staying visible here on social media.
And somewhere in that rhythm… I became absent from aspects of my life I no longer want to miss.

Something has shifted in me.

I no longer want to be the woman whose energy is consumed by planning, hustling, creating content, and scrolling.
I’ve noticed how often my thoughts are pulled toward this space — and how that pull has fed a quiet anxiety in my system.

I’ve made the connection.
And now I’m making a change.

While I’ll still be deeply immersed in my work — as a therapist, facilitator, guide and teacher — I’ll be stepping away from social media for the foreseeable future.

Not because I’m disappearing.
But because I’m returning.
To presence. To clarity.
To the places that nourish me.

✨ My passion is deep.
✨ My direction is clear.
✨ My energy is important.

Years ago, I read a book called The Thank You Economy by Gary Vaynerchuk.
The key concept has stayed with me: that in this digital age, the businesses and people who will thrive are those who lead with connection, authenticity, and deep care for their community.

That’s what I want.

Not to shout into an algorithm.

But to whisper directly to those who truly want to walk this journey together.

This will be the only space where I’ll share invitations and updates moving forward.

My story is one of individuality, reclamation, and inner trust — and this step is part of living it.

To honour this move, I’ve created a gift for you:

Coming Home to Your Body — a gentle 5-day email journey + a Love Letter Exchange with Your Body.

It’s my way of helping you slow down and tune in — one breath, one page, one soft return at a time.

This will begin mid May to give you time to join us over on our mailing list.

I’ll gently remind you of this transition throughout the week.

I so hope you’ll walk alongside me there. 🤍

We are a generation of over-certified, under-resourced space holders. And it's costing our clients more than we realise.

Beyond techniques and certificates, there’s a deeper art: holding space with compassion, presence, and trust.

This is the heart of my latest offerings of Witness and Coming Home to Your Body; two different journey's where integration isn’t an afterthought, but the foundation.

A river doesn’t say sorry for her banks.

The shoreline doesn’t shrink itself back from the sea.

The strong trunk of a tree doesn’t question if it’s taking up too much space.

In nature, boundaries are essential to life.

They create flow, structure, safety, and connection.
They are not harsh; they are wise.

In our somatic work, we remember this truth in our own bodies.

Boundaries are not about shutting out the world; they are about honouring where we end and life begins.

Boundaries are about awareness to the intelligence of your body; allowing all sensations to have a voice, guiding you toward choices that serve your wholeness.

When we tune into our body, we can hear the subtle signals that tell us:

"This is right for me."
"This is not."
"This is enough."

Boundaries, like nature’s edges, are sacred.

You don’t have to apologise for yours.
