I offer one on one and small group training sessions. My love of fitness began many years ago when I started my own weight loss journey, since then I have had three children and established myself as a group fitness leader, a personal trainer, and a boxing instructor.

Our Story

I am a Personal Trainer and a mum of three. My mission is to find health solutions that are individual and achievable. I run an 8 Week Program that is not a one size fits all approach.

I want to help you to make lasting changes to your health, changes that involves your entire household. I want to simplify the solution to improving your health, because I believe that if the solution is hard, then it’s not sustainable.

So I won’t give you an impossible meal plan, I will teach you how to create your own. Together we work out what works for you and your family/work life. I get to know you and communicate with you daily if needed.
