Remember Your Voice

Here you will be guided on a voice activation journey. Deeply connecting to the roots of who you are, storytelling through voice, sound, spirit and earth.

Singing can be a way of embodying all parts of ourselves that we forget to love,
Singing can be a way of letting go and remembering the ancient ways of within,
It can be emotional, freeing and fun.
Singing together can send endless ripples of healing throughout humanity, the planet and accross all times and space.
Song is you, all of you.

Feel free to bring your drum, rattle or whatever musicalness calls you. I will have a few instruments to play with including some of nature's sounds.

Welcoming you into the rhythmic portal of love, harmoniously held.

DREAMS OF BEING 🎵🌌
and it all begins with YOU.

I have been spending alot of time dreaming lately...
Who I am and becoming as an artist.
The endless melodies that keep flowing through me each and every day. The inspiration to really touch the stars with it all. The emotion of song has hit me so deeply in my roots I just want to be here in a place of nurturing, creating, recording and sharing. Being a mother is does take a little more dedication, things flow a little slower...but all in divine timing if I truly commit all will be well. I will be in the place I have always dreamt of being.
Not to say this hasn't already been in my reality..I have come so far...with so much more to unravel...

So my message to you is, it all begins with you..you taking the first step towards your purpose, your dreams.
It's easy to get lost in all the distractions, the doubt, the why not's but set your intention and come back to this each and every time.
Come back to your inner knowing, the feeelinng!
Beleive in yourself and trust.
Noone is going to do it for you. It's upto you to take a stand and walk a path that you love, that you enjoy. Live it.

Sometimes I just need a couple minutes to sing!
It is so healing for me to use my voice.
Especially inbetween childrens play and tending to our home. There is a beautiful chaos happening outside of this moment though. 😅

Singing can be a way of calming the nervous system, a way of releasing emotions and feeling harmony within. The feeling lands deep!

Between motherhood and a career its important theres a nurturing nourishing flow.

Join us for 2 hours of awakening the creator within.
Be activated through brush painting, spray painting, splatter painting and mark making. With each guided rhythm you'll be invited to move with voice, intuitive singing, sounds and drumming. Both Art and Song blended together for an awakened embodied self journey.

✨️ You will take home a piece of activated art and harmony of sound.
🎨 Wear clothes that you don't mind getting paint on.
✨️ Art stuff and non-alcoholic drinks provided

We all grow in our own way,
Like a butterfly in a cocoon,
we must tend to our inner world to be able to fly.

Trusting the path may not always seem so easy,
but there is divine timing in all of our creation.
This is where growth expands much deeper,
if we just surrender and embody the changes.

We are all interconnected,
yet all move through our own rhythms
and cycles of living.
We may not always align with one another,
and that is ok. We all carry diversity..

We came here with a purpose,
something the soul truly knows...
if you shall choose to listen..
then you will feel it too.

It is a calling,
an inner knowing.
Each tending creates a new beginning.
So trust that you have the answers
to live life you vision.

🦋 Butterflies see all the beauty, they are soft yet powerful. When transformation happens they have the confidence to be all that they are with no hesitation or judgement. Just full acceptance in all their being. Butterfly flies with grace and quiet strength 🦋
