Sometimes I just need a couple minutes to sing!
It is so healing for me to use my voice.
Especially inbetween childrens play and tending to our home. There is a beautiful chaos happening outside of this moment though. 😅

Singing can be a way of calming the nervous system, a way of releasing emotions and feeling harmony within. The feeling lands deep!

Between motherhood and a career its important theres a nurturing nourishing flow.

We all grow in our own way,
Like a butterfly in a cocoon,
we must tend to our inner world to be able to fly.

Trusting the path may not always seem so easy,
but there is divine timing in all of our creation.
This is where growth expands much deeper,
if we just surrender and embody the changes.

We are all interconnected,
yet all move through our own rhythms
and cycles of living.
We may not always align with one another,
and that is ok. We all carry diversity..

We came here with a purpose,
something the soul truly knows...
if you shall choose to listen..
then you will feel it too.

It is a calling,
an inner knowing.
Each tending creates a new beginning.
So trust that you have the answers
to live life you vision.

The Birth Portal 🤎🔥

When I reflect on the past year I see myself, like in this image of birthing our 3rd sun ☀️ in the birth portal!
Travelling through the death of who I was and who I am becoming. The integration of birth within me..the return to the womb of all creation..
The fall and the rise...
The fire and softening...
But most of all this deeply profound expansion of love that harmoniously flows through.
I am reminded that this is an endless feeling to be received.
It's like I've been touched by the grace of
god..spirit...these experiences I don't always voice but have shown up over the years.
Each time the feeling is more heightened and the visionary is clearer..
I have been shown the place where everything and nothing exists all in it's own, the true meaning of peace.
I wish all of humanity could see, know, feel!
There's been many realisations of how we are all divinely held and guided.

I am now a wayshower for my children..
I vow to keep loving no matter what life brings.
Walking a path that feels most aligned.
For me the year ends and begins on the day I was birthed into the world.

I invite and welcome you to a sacred song gathering. Remember your voice through the flow of the waters as we journey into the ancient and ancestral memory of song, your song. Our voices are channels for healing and the vibrations of various frequencies can guide the body and spirit back into harmonious balance. Connecting with ourselves and one another while being held by the element of water, the emotion, the purification and unconditional love. We all have a voice and story to share..come as you are and embrace your unique sound. Wether you sing or don't I welcome you to join us, you never know what will flow through.

Patience in the realm of creation
The 🐝 spirit shows up to share some loving guidance..

A reminder that the ebbs and flows are just a natural part of the process when working on ourselves, our projects or whatever it may be.
Just like the nectar that settles, tansforms and becomes something golden!
Even when you rest the essence of you, your goals, your dreams continue to ripen within you.
The stillness isn't a call to give up, yet a moment to take a breath while keeping your vision alive.

In saying this there has been times of stillness for me while I've been nurturing mamahood. Working with the sun to illuminate and hold me as I carry myself into each chapter of life.
With this I am met with grace, grace to allow and not force, grace to just bee with what is beautifully coming together.
All the energy tending to my passions over this year are blossoming more and more into fruition.
I have been welcomed into opportunities that I thought was so far from reach.
The dream is not just a dream anymore, it is my reality because I have chosen to beleive, to trust and to keep showing up throughout it all.

So don't give up on tending to your garden, the flower within you, pollinating your purpose, every small moment adds it's sweetness to the whole!

Soooo deeply grateful for each person who came to enjoy this event. It was a full house and my heart is overflowing with love. Grateful for all my loved ones who unconditionally support me and my dreams including my little muses... also this stunner for the endless list of support, for living spontaneously and creating magical musical apparatus machines with me hahaha!
