"Hi, I’m Rebecca (Bec) Malcolm, a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology and a long history in the fitness industry. I love blending my passions for mental health and physical wellbeing to help clients build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.
I use CBT, ACT, and strengths-based approaches to support children, teens, and adults with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, OCD, performance anxiety, and more. I also provide cognitive and psychological assessments to better understand learning and behaviour needs.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me playing netball, exercising, hanging out with my dogs, or planning my next adventure."
