We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated male and female Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves providing in-home and community-based supports to assist people to live their best lives, build independence, and achieve their NDIS goals and personal aspirations.
π‘ About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide assistance within the home to support daily living
Support capacity building in social and community settings
Provide prompts with medication and personal hygiene tasks
Encourage independence, confidence, and choice
Support participants to work toward and achieve their NDIS goals
Build strong, respectful, and empowering relationships

Mandatory Requirements:
NDIS Yellow Card
Blue Card
Current Driverβs Licence
Current CPR Certificate
Current First Aid Certificate
National Police Clearance
Comprehensive Car Insurance
Availability to work independently or within a team environment
