✨ What we’re looking for: • Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential for the right person)
• A genuine passion for person-centred care
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and commitment to supporting participants to reach their goals

📋 Essential requirements:
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
• Police Check

What a day it has been for 3 Points! 🎉
Not only did we celebrate an incredible 3 years of growth, connection, and support, but we’ve also officially relocated to our brand new space!

And today, in the middle of it all, I found a feather… a quiet, beautiful moment that felt like a sign from my sister, reminding me she’s with me every step of this journey 🤍

You can now find us at 23 Thuringowa Drive — a fresh chapter and a beautiful place to continue doing what we love most 💛

How much fun is making Easter hats?! 😍
Our little cherubs have been busy getting ready for the Easter Bunny 🐣 with ALL the glitter, paint, eggs and laughter you could imagine! 🎨🥚✨
This wasn’t just fun (although there was LOTS of that! 😆) — we were also building social skills, developing fine motor abilities, and letting creativity run wild 💛
The giggles throughout the office said it all… pure joy, excitement and a whole lot of Easter magic 🐰💫
We absolutely LOVE moments like these 🫶
