Ever noticed how people who believe all men are trash somehow keep ending up with the worst of them?
That’s not coincidence it’s confirmation bias.
Your brain will filter out the good and highlight the bad just to prove yourself right.
Beliefs shape perception.
Perception shapes choice.
And choice? That’s how patterns form.

If you want to break the cycle, start by breaking the belief.
To break the belief look for evidence in the opposite. ✅

How the Lotus Grows

This is the most radical thing you can do,
return to your roots, stay in the muck
and mud of the pond, feeling everything.
It’s how the lotus grows, seeds germinating
underwater where others might drown,
stems curling slowly upward to reach
the surface, and its blossom opening
petal by petal as the truth spreads in us:
This is how it is now. Yet the flower finds
calm in the depths, staying immersed
in a process that could take years, until
the eventual unfolding of a self fed by
the darkness it must have cursed at first.

We’re excited to invite your participants & their supports, to our Mindful Monday Workshop on 14th October - a unique experience tailored for NDIS clients. This workshop focuses on helping participants achieve their goals in capacity building, behavioral management, and emotional well-being.

What to Expect:

• Engaging activities such as meditation, gentle movement, and mindful art that promote skill development.
• A healthy morning tea to nourish both body and mind.
• Meaningful conversations within a supportive community that understands your journey.

By participating, individuals will improve their ability to manage emotions, build resilience, and develop skills that foster independence. Support workers are strongly encouraged to attend alongside their clients, ensuring that everyone gains valuable tools to integrate into daily life.
