We aren’t far off launching our amazing Recovery Room!

The grand opening is on Monday March 4th from 7am-7pm 🎉

EVERYONE will have FREE access to all the equipment 👇🏼

🧘🏽 Infrared Sauna
🧘🏽 Massage Chairs
🧘🏽 Infrared/Red Light Laser Pod

There will be a sausage sizzle available from 3pm-7pm as well as free access to our personalised Exercise Physiology protocols for recovery 🙏🏽
