With great sadness, we announce the devastating news that Natalie Curtis the proud Owner and Director of Vital Supports and Services recently passed away.

Natalie was a loving mother and a caring friend to all. Natalie cared so much about the community, she was a strong advocate and inspiration to so many. Her kind heart and generous nature is what she was known for and her love and dedication to the community will always be treasured.

Vital Supports and Services is a disability provider, dedicated to providing outstanding care to all of our participants. Our team aims to inspire and support people to reach their goals and provide quality care to everyone everyday.

We are looking for like-minded Support Workers for an immediate start in Ayr.

The Role:
As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will be required to provide quality care to clients with complex care needs.

Duties Include:
Personal care; including showering/bed bath and dressing
Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and
Meal preparation
Medication Prompting
Social support including social activities
Transportation and support to and from shopping and medical appointments
Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment including: standing or walking frames, wheelchairs, manual or electric hoists, sliding sheets or moving boards
Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress

Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Federal Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening ID
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Drivers Licence
Reliable Vehicle
Car Insurance Policy (comprehensive)
Car Registration
Covid 19 Digital Certificate
Proof of Working Rights
Qualification – Certificate and Transcripts (Where applicable)
