Have you ever wondered what Support Coordinators actually do? 🤔

Think of Support Coordinators as the people who make the NDIS make sense.

We help:
✔️ Decode NDIS plans (because let’s be honest… they can be confusing)
✔️ Turn funding into real, usable supports
✔️ Connect participants with the right providers — not just whoever has availability
✔️ Keep everyone on the same page (families, providers, allied health)
✔️ Step in and problem-solve when supports break down
✔️ Reduce stress, overwhelm, and constant phone calls

We don’t provide the direct supports — we work behind the scenes, advocating, coordinating, and troubleshooting so everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Basically, if the NDIS feels like a maze 🧩, Support Coordinators help guide the way — so participants can focus on living their lives, not managing the system.

As the NDIS moves into 2026, some changes may affect participants and families:

🔹 A new planning approach is being introduced, focusing more on individual support needs and goals
🔹 Some participants may experience plan reviews or reassessments during the year
🔹 There is a stronger focus on funding supports that are directly related to disability needs
🔹 Quality and safety of supports remain a key priority

💬 Tip: If your plan is up for review or your needs have changed, make sure this is clearly communicated and documented.
